GmailPal (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides an email-digest assistant that connects to your Gmail account to summarize, categorize, and deliver your messages in a concise daily digest.

Information We Collect

• Gmail message metadata (sender, subject, timestamp)
• Message body content (so we can generate the digest)
• User-provided preferences, feedback, and settings

How We Use Your Information

• Create and email your daily digest
• Improve personalization and product quality
• Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues

Data Retention

Raw email content is cached for up to 24 hours, after which it is permanently deleted. Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics may be retained indefinitely.

Sharing of Data

We do not sell or share your Gmail data with third parties. Select service providers (cloud hosting, error logging) may process data strictly on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Data at rest is encrypted on our servers. Access is limited to authorized personnel with least-privilege principles.

You may revoke Gmail access at any time from your Google Account Permissions page or by visiting https://gmailpal.site/logout.

Google API Limited Use

GmailPal’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
